At our company, we specialize in restoration projects and are seeking a talented Restoration Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of restoration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and communicated to the team.
- Manage budgets and track spending, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Procure and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they are aligned with project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate the work of all stakeholders, including customers, insurance adjusters, and other team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customers.
- Manage risk and proactively mitigate potential problems, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.

Work Schedule: 8 am – 4:30 pm normal hours. You typically average 50 hours/week with an On-Call rotation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restoration Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing restoration projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of restoration industry standards and regulations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance restoration projects
- Experience with Xactimate or other restoration estimating software
- Professional certification in restoration project management (e.g., IICRC)
