We are the leading provider of top-notch house cleaning services in the area, and we are seeking a talented and multitasking part-time receptionist who can effortlessly answer emails and phone calls to sell our cleaning services and then schedule the services. We're looking for someone who can add a touch of magic to our office and enchant our customers with their stellar sales abilities. This part-time administrative assistant position has the opportunity to become full-time for the right person.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, warmly communicating with them and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they contact you
  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to clients' needs, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information about our house cleaning services.
  • Booking and scheduling our cleaning services with professionalism
  • Utilize your charming personality and persuasive skills to showcase the benefits and value of our house cleaning services, effectively converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated cleaning team to schedule appointments, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales leads to assist in tracking and follow-up.

Requirements:


  • A sparkling personality and passion for delivering exceptional sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of our office
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales-related roles is a plus.



Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 1:30pm
