Taylor Search Group has been engaged in a confidential search to identify a collaborative executive that will guide the strategic initiatives of their divisions. As you know technology is key to a thriving financial institution, this could be you!

This Billion +/- bank is on a strong growth trajectory, profitable and well capitalized.

As a member of the Executive team, you will work in collaboration with your peers to further the banks goals.

Each of your divisions have strong leadership, you will be the strategic glue that drives success and progress.

Some of your area's of oversight will include:

• Operations
• Information Technology
• Document imaging
• Compliance/BSA
• You know, the glue that holds the organization together and deliver a superior customer experience.

Each of these has a strong Manager in place, so you will be able to build cross functional relationships.

This will ensure you have buy-in on ensuring your and the banks priorities and vision is shared across business lines.

Strong comp, good incentive, both short and long-term (RSG).

Very strong executive team that you will be part of going forward.

If you are a strong total Operations Officer, with Technology/IS background and exposure to other business lines with the ability to enhance performance this could be for you.

This role is located on the West Coast.
