THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the CEO, the CGO will execute on the company’s strategic growth plan – focusing on payer relations, strategic partnerships, and provider relations. This position will partner with the executive team to strengthen all processes related to revenue generation. Infusion Associates has added 8 sites in the past year, now totaling 12 sites, and will continue to scale with future M&A opportunities. Preference will be given to those who have led strategic development within PE-backed healthcare companies previously. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop growth strategy

·        Ensure performance and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments

·        Build and maintain payer relations

·        Lead contract negotiations with payers

·        Develop strategic relationships with health systems and employer groups

·        Develop and foster referring physician and provider engagement

·        Oversee team of clinical liaisons

·        Recommend process improvements, new ideas and strategies promoting efficient growth and collaboration

·        Support new revenue generation opportunities in the context of data monetization, value-based care initiatives, and strategic acquisitions

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·        10+ years in healthcare leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth

·        Proven track record of growing revenue within a high-growth, M&A environment

·        Private equity background preferred

·        Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field

·        Significant experience in healthcare payer relations and contracting

·        Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
