• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to carefully review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to produce accurate cost estimates, ensuring that no detail is overlooked in the estimating process. 
• Demonstrated success working with complex calculations that are essential for accurately estimating costs, quantities, and resources required for construction projects. 
• Prioritizes tasks, manages time effectively, and delivers estimates promptly to meet bid submission timelines. 
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with others to gather necessary information, clarify project requirements, and ensure alignment on cost estimates. 
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or commensurate work experience is preferred 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction
