Superintendent

• Communicates effectively with different types of individuals and provides clear directions to project teams in the field.  
• Able to set clear expectations, measure results and hold yourself and others accountable.  
• Mechanically inclined, great troubleshooter and love problem solving.  
• Hands-on, hard worker who sees work through to completion and enjoys making customers happy.  
• Experience managing and leading teams is a must.  
• Minimum 5 years of construction field experience, including at least 1 year as a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent. 
• Experience managing self-perform work highly preferred.  
• Experience managing Industrial, Civil, Education, and/or Multi-Family projects.
