  • Minimum of 15 years in a General Contractor environment with demonstrated success managing $30-50 million dollar projects.  
  • Experience managing Industrial, Civil, Education, and/or Multi-Family projects. 
  • Proficient at reading plans, understanding specifications, commercial construction best practices, sales, and project financials.
