The key accountabilities of the Director of Human Resources are:
Identify, develop, and execute HR programs and initiatives that support Conger Construction Group’s strategic plan.
Leads the development, implementation, and execution of Conger Construction Group’s professional development program to ensure the workforce is well-trained and ready to execute their roles.
Leads and manages talent acquisition and retention programs to ensure Conger Construction Group is an employer of choice and retains top talent.
Ensure controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage Conger Construction Group’s compliance and risk requirements.
