Our client, Conger Construction Group, is adding a Director of Human Resources to their growing team!


The key accountabilities of the Director of Human Resources are:


  • Identify, develop, and execute HR programs and initiatives that support Conger Construction Group’s strategic plan.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and execution of Conger Construction Group’s professional development program to ensure the workforce is well-trained and ready to execute their roles.
  • Leads and manages talent acquisition and retention programs to ensure Conger Construction Group is an employer of choice and retains top talent.
  • Ensure controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage Conger Construction Group’s compliance and risk requirements.


The minimum requirements for the Director of Human Resources are:


  • 3-5 years in an HR Manager role REQUIRED
  • People leadership and development experience
  • Experience working ith HRIS and LMS systems
