Job Description:


Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage customer relationships and oversee the entire loan process, ensuring that loans reach a closed status in accordance with internal policies and procedures. This involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, from the sales phase through to funding. Adherence to established turnaround times and productivity goals is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact and support between Brokers, Borrowers, and all internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Documentation, and Funding, while consistently providing high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and manage a large loan pipeline to ensure timely funding.
  • Order and verify third-party services related to the loan process.
  • Ensure that all deadlines for approval letters, status requests, cancellations, and declinations are met.
  • Review and verify all incoming documents and data.
  • Obtain necessary provisions from brokers and clear any conditions before submitting loans to underwriting.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage account management or loan processing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage guidelines.
  • Experience with Non-QM products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work proactively, demonstrating flexibility and initiative, while also being a strong team player.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong customer service and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated with a determination to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 + bonus
