Job Description:

We are looking for driven and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team and partner with our extensive real estate network. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Active NMLS license
  • Proven success in originating purchase loans, closing at least one per month for the past year
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with video conferencing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite and CRM systems


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with in-house agents, offering training on loan programs
  • Promptly respond to referrals from realtors and builders
  • Manage leads efficiently and collaborate closely with agents
  • Fully utilize our CRM to track and update leads
  • Offer expert mortgage options, pre-qualify borrowers, and manage loan applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $181,898.00 - $211,276.00 per year
