Job Title: Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive (Remote)

Position Overview: As a Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, driving significant growth in your career. We seek dynamic, team-oriented individuals with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships with mortgage brokers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Relationship Building:
  • Cold call potential clients (30-50 calls per day) to build a strong client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing mortgage brokers.
  • Add value by collaborating with brokers and loan officers on effective marketing strategies.
  • Sales Management:
  • Maintain and manage sales contacts, pipeline, and activity reports within the company's CRM.
  • Pre-underwrite and pre-qualify loan files to ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines.
  • Training & Support:
  • Educate brokers on the company’s products, policies, and procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and compliant.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to brokers, keeping them informed of underwriting guidelines and program changes.
  • Industry Engagement:
  • Attend trade shows and seminars as needed to stay updated on industry trends and expand your network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Non-QM experience or 5 years in the mortgage lending industry.
  • Proven track record with a current funding volume exceeding $2 million per month.
  • A strong, active book of business is highly preferred.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to structure complex loans in partnership with brokers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Non-QM programs, including Bank Statement Loans, DSCR (Business Purpose), ITIN, Foreign National, and P&L only programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

  • Base salary + commission, with potential earnings ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 per year.
