Senior Sales Executive–Wireless/Renewables (Houston, Texas)

THE TEAM:


Our partner seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial originator to join our team, dedicated to developing, managing, and advancing a pipeline of renewable energy and emerging technology investment leads from initial contact through closing. Reporting to the Head of Wireless/Renewables, this role is instrumental in driving the company's growth by building strong relationships with renewable energy property owners and creating a robust sales pipeline.


THE ROLE:

  • In Office-Day to day working in office with a dynamic energetic sales team. This is an in-office position.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your pipeline, managing leads from sourcing through to closing.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, using a consultative approach to guide them through the ground lease buy-out process.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to the origination funnel and closings.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze your origination activities to ensure the health and stability of your sales pipeline.
  • Process Improvement: Provide valuable feedback on origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate on strategic initiatives and product development to help maintain Unison's competitive edge in the market.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of B2C sales experience.
  • Sales Acumen: Natural sales talent with a strong understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to negotiate transactions from sourcing through closing.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate closing process is a plus.
  • Financial Literacy: Understanding of finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in renewables, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, or mineral rights acquisition is advantageous.

Compensation:

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 +bonus with target income of $200,000-$300,000
