KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Full Stack Development Engineer for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient full-stack development engineer to spearhead the creation and maintenance of an innovative application website, alongside various IT development tasks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a robust grasp of advanced statistical and mathematical principles, coupled with expertise in developing and managing data systems using .NET 6.0, C# 10, and SQL Server. Additionally, the candidate should possess the capability to seamlessly integrate data visualization features into web design.
Responsibilities:
- Executing diverse design, programming, and documentation assignments essential for the development, deployment, and ongoing support of IT applications.
- Implementing software development best practices to craft effective software solutions.
- Crafting web applications utilizing technologies like .NET 6.0 or above, C# 10 or higher, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and React.
- Enforcing secure coding standards and methodologies.
- Designing normalized database tables and crafting SQL queries in MS SQL Server, along with performing basic database administration tasks, optimizing performance, and writing advanced select queries.
- Orchestrating the development of data structures, identifying pertinent data elements, and modifying relational databases as needed.
- Collaborating efficiently within an agile environment, contributing to analysis, design, and testing phases.
- Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency and enthusiasm as a full-stack developer, backed by experience with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, MS SQL Server, Kubernetes, Azure, and other pertinent technologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience with secure coding practices, Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and a proven ability to excel in agile environments.
- Ability to apply systems engineering concepts like structured design, supportability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability to optimize applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- A knack for identifying and implementing creative solutions to challenges.
- A strong understanding of data collection and flow dynamics.
Nice to Have:
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
