KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Programmer Analyst for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Work Location: This position is hybrid.
Job Description:
The role of Programmer Analyst involves developing, designing, and implementing customizable solutions within Salesforce to meet CRM requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical needs for new projects and enhancements.
- Ensuring technical requirements align with customer needs, performance goals, and long-term strategy.
- Managing release cycles for application deployment.
- Establishing and enforcing development standards and guidelines.
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems across the organization.
- Adhering to security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
- Delivering business value through technology and communicating technical concepts effectively.
- Creating a training plan for the development team's transition to Maintenance & Operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leveraging Force.com platform functionalities for custom solutions using Apex coding or configurations.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud.
- Proficiency (4+ years) in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript development within Salesforce.
- Skilled (3+ years) in Apex API Integration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration and CRM workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.
- Exposure to data migration, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DML operations.
- Understanding of web technologies and authentication protocols.
Nice to Have:
- Certification(s) in Salesforce development (e.g., Platform Developer) preferred.
- Background in government compliance processes (desirable).
