Role Overview:


As a Field Systems Support Specialist, you'll excel in a dynamic, hands-on role, delivering exceptional customer support and collaborating with a team of experts across our multiple locations. Your mission is to ensure seamless network infrastructure and handle various technical issues independently.


Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver comprehensive support for end users, including device setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on computers, monitors, peripherals, and wireless communication devices.

- Maintain accurate inventory of IT devices and deploy new equipment and operating software.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, VoIP, and basic network connectivity.

- Keep detailed documentation of processes, procedures, service tickets, and infrastructure.

- Prioritize and escalate work requests efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Collaborate effectively with team members through communication, cooperation, information sharing, and problem-solving.

- Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction with professional written and verbal communication to address user needs.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.

- CompTIA A+ Certification is required.

- Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals is preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform reaching and bending tasks as needed.

- Willingness to travel 25% within the assigned region.

- Availability to work outside business hours as needed.
