Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Specialist to join our IT department. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of information technology assets, including procurement, deployment, and disposal. This position is crucial for overseeing the use of IT assets.
Responsibilities:
As an ITAM Specialist, your responsibilities will include maintaining lifecycle management of IT assets such as software and desktop computers, enforcing policies and procedures for the program, collaborating with departments to address inventory challenges, and updating the city's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will also work with various departments and vendors to obtain quotes for IT-related assets.
