KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a .NET Developer for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Work Location: This position is hybrid.
Job Description:
The Senior .NET Application Developer/Analyst will support various workforce development applications, including the One Stop Management Information System (OSMIS), OSMIS Dashboard, Career Explorer, Michigan Adult Education Reporting System (MAERS), and Information Management, Performance, and Customer Tracking (IMPACT).
Responsibilities:
- Perform a complete range of information system analyst assignments, including designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications.
- Serve as a technical resource responsible for development activities.
- Collaborate with other development and support staff to enhance capabilities, improve performance, and ensure reliable functionality of applications.
- Provide technical support to team members.
- Evaluate new development tools and agency systems.
- Lead and mentor less experienced application developers.
Required Skills:
- Expertise with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git Version Control, SQL, JSON Serialization, Entity Framework Code, Serilog, Hangfire, Polly, NSwag, xUnit, C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, TypeScript, Web Services, CI/CD, and Scrum methodology.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a .NET developer, involved in design, development, and testing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Git version control, JSON, C#, and xUnit.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Entity Framework and Serilog.
Nice to Have:
- Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with SAP BO is a plus.
