Work Location: This position is hybrid.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Business System Analyst (LBSA) contractor to provide system analysis services. The role involves creating dashboards, running reports, and supporting critical projects within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues in operating procedures, hardware, software, and applications.
- Conduct system analysis and design for enterprise business system applications, preparing detailed design specifications.
- Develop testing plans, user stories, and testing documentation.
- Facilitate analysis and design sessions with business or technical staff and communicate with users, management, and business owners.
- Guide significant phases of system applications including planning, design, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate the work of professional, administrative, technical, and non-technical staff.
- Prepare preliminary and long-term plans, and create project documents.
- Analyze, document, and maintain administrative and system standards in line with IT industry standards.
- Review procedures and evaluate new or revised applications to ensure standards compliance.
- Develop dashboards to provide views of KPIs, business processes, projects, and other data.
- Prepare reports evaluating benefits, improvements, and innovations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of Unifier data, including business processes, cash flow, cost sheets, project histories, shells, space utilization, and vendors.
- Create projects, data sets, data flows, and data visualizations.
Required Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Proficient in conducting systems analysis and design studies.
- Skilled in creating computer information systems dashboards and customized reports.
- Able to assist the IT & GIS Project Manager & Coordinator, and the Continuous Innovation Special Projects Administrator with critical project tasks including data analysis and display.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with various departmental divisions and staff.
- Experience with Unifier, Oracle Construction Intelligence Cloud (CIC) Analytics Primavera Unifier Application.
- Proficiency in configuring Unifier and setting up analytics components.
- Experience publishing Unifier data and running ETLs for Oracle CIC analytics.
- Knowledge of flow charting, data modeling, process modeling, form design, and control procedures.
- Familiarity with structured system analysis, design, and information engineering methods.
- Ability to write functional and technical requirements, business case analysis, and technical documentation.
- At least five years of experience in systems analysis, configuration, and testing of enterprise applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
