KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Project Manager for an immediate contract engagement with our government client.
Work Location: This position is hybrid.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to provide oversight, leadership, and accountability for multiple small to medium-sized projects or a single large project.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a PMO resource to DTMB managers, supervisors, and staff involved in application maintenance and development.
- Developing, maintaining, and overseeing logical and resource-driven project schedules.
- Managing the change control process, including tracking and documenting changes in project scope.
- Identifying project issues and risks and escalating them to senior management when appropriate.
- Monitoring project performance, reporting status, and facilitating the creation of action plans to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborating with various teams to develop and maintain project schedules and related documentation.
- Assisting in information gathering, budget analysis, project estimating, and procurement.
- Supporting special projects and promoting compliance with the State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE), potentially utilizing Scrum methodology and practices.
Required Skills:
- Project Management Experience - 5 years
- Enterprise Management Tools - 3 years
