We are seeking an Adaptive Insights Solutions & Data Analyst to help build top-tier tools and capabilities that enhance enterprise-wide planning and execution. This role is crucial in designing and deploying Adaptive Insights models to drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
Design & Architecture Support
- Optimize the design of Adaptive Insights model landscape for efficiency, speed, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain high-performance and scalable model architecture.
- Stay updated on industry trends to educate IT and business units on potential improvements.
User Support & Testing
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee deployment.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to make informed design trade-offs.
- Develop comprehensive model documentation.
Innovation & Collaboration
- Generate innovative solutions and embrace new ideas to sustain business growth.
- Collaborate with systems, customers, and stakeholders to enhance impact across the organization.
- Take calculated risks to drive the adoption of better methods to meet objectives.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Adaptive Insights or similar model building.
- Proficient in data architecture and integration across platforms.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and project coordination.
- Familiarity with formal system implementation methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, SAP SAC, or Power BI.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills in Excel (Pivot tables, macros) and Access.
- Knowledge of end-to-end processes and data models in planning, forecasting, execution, and Trade Promotion Management.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel preferred.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agile development practices, including leading user feedback groups.
