Our client, a leader in the property insurance industry, is seeking a skilled Product Lead to drive the development and enhancement of insurance products. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing products and services as the company expands into new geographic markets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer, leading the charge in product growth and profitability while utilizing cutting-edge tools such as predictive analytics and market research. This is a key role for someone with deep expertise in property insurance who is excited to influence strategic decisions and product innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new and enhanced property insurance products, services, and customer innovations.
• Analyze demographic data and market segmentation to identify growth opportunities and align product strategies accordingly.
• Provide competitive analysis to inform strategic product adjustments and market positioning, ensuring compliance with local regulations and financial controls.

Qualifications:

• In-depth experience in property insurance, with a strong background in underwriting, product development, or pricing.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, including financial information, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related quantitative field, with strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
