Position: Business Analyst (2 Vacancies) - Healthcare Recruitment and Retention Program


Status: Independent Contractor


Location: 100% Remote within Canada (Central Time Zone)


Duration: 12 Months


Compensation: Hourly Rate based on experience and qualifications


Hours: 7.75 Hours/day



Description:


Our client is a leading healthcare institution involved in the planning and coordination of the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. This role will participate in the establishment of a new healthcare recruitment and retention office through engaging with stakeholders,analyzing data and implementing change during the transition.


Requirements:


Degree or Diploma in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.


Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate


5 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. 


Experience consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams to develop future state models, perform gap analyses, and develop transition plans for future state models


5 years’ experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment, including analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders. 


5 years’ experience facilitating organizational capability redesign activities whose primary driver is that of improving system efficiency and effectiveness including pdeveloping recommendations, conducting reviews and workshops with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership in the organization.


5 years’ experience as a team lead or project manager leading teams of analysts and consultants, including planning and coordinating analysis activities and developing project plans.


1 year of experience participating in provincial or state-level transformation of healthcare services including targeted service improvements and healthcare service consolidation with a focus on home and community care. 


5 years’ experience performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare environment including analysis of service delivery activities, facilitation with key stakeholders, and assisting the business through change and transformation.  


4 years’ experience in business analysis, particularly with a focus on data analytics including analysis of data that resulted in dashboards for reporting. 


Demonstrated ability to interpret data, perform complex analyses, and generate insights.
