Position: Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Healthcare Systems

Status: Contract (long term extensions expected)

Location: Remote across Canada

Compensation: $70-95/hour depending on experience

Our client is a leading healthcare institution with over 10,000 employees that provides health services to communities across the entire province of Manitoba. We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for a long-term contractual engagement to support system and process change initiatives. This role will focus on creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact all employees.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of related working experience 
• 3-4 years of healthcare experience
• Change Certification (CCMP, ACMP, ITIL etc.)
