Position: Project Manager - Healthcare Recruitment and Retention Program

Status: Independent Contractor

Location: 100% Remote within Canada (Central Time Zone)

Duration: 12 Months

Compensation: Hourly Rate based on experience and qualifications

Hours: 7.75 Hours/day

Description:

Our client is a leading healthcare institution involved in the planning and coordination of the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. This role will participate in the establishment of a new healthcare recruitment and retention office and play a key roll in planning, coordinating and managing change/transformation during the transition.

Requirements:

• PMP Project Management Designation
• Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Computer Systems-related program
• Certification in Change Management
• Ten plus years of experience as a Project Manager with a combination of technology, business and process change
• Five years of experience leading projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans (PROSCI a bonus)
• Five years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects
• Three years of experience working with government stakeholders and/or clients
• Three years experience working in a healthcare environment
