Regional Sales Manager - Turkey, Middle East and Africa



Overall Responsibility


Our client is a fast growing organisation that is active in all areas of video and media production. Their wide and varied product portfolio requires them to be present and actively involved in working with end-user clients, distributors, resellers, integrators and OEM developers across EMEA.


The candidate for this role will be required to take responsibility for the Sales Channel in Turkey, Middle East and Africa, supporting and assisting Resellers and Distributors in successfully selling products and solutions, while simultaneously exploring and developing the brand and channel structure to grow in to new market areas and business opportunities.


The candidate will need to be highly self motivated with a strong desire to succeed. The role requires an individual who can demonstrate careful planning, fast and creative problem solving and the ability to motivate channel partners to achieve the Companies visions and sales objectives. The role will require an excellent understanding of broadcast, post and live-event video production.

Location


The right candidate will be based from home in region.


Key areas of responsibility


  • Responsibility for the brand, reputation and success in assigned region
  • Management, Development and Sales Support of Channel in assigned region
  • Proactive Channel Development in current and new market areas
  • Creation of and support for events and promotional activity
  • Building close working relationships with key end-user clients
  • Identifying and liaising with Marketing and PR teams for promotional activities


Requirements

  • Demonstration of successful sales management in the media industry
  • 5 years minimum Sales Experience
  • Excellent understanding of video and broadcast technologies
  • Ability to plan activity, communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Ability to travel regularly.
