The Role Requirements

• Must be able to manage Broadcast or Drama series through the various aspects of post-production in a busy facility.
• Liaise between internal departments – offline, grade, sound, online and delivery.
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
• Comfortable in taking full ownership of each project. Display confident problem solver skills with a
• positive attitude and an eagerness to own the role.
• Have a full understanding of post-production workflows.
• Ability to forge and maintain positive client relationships.
• Flexible in terms of working hours is a requirement of the role. Occasional weekend work required.
• Self-management in terms of time management and workload is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients, freelance operators and colleagues is vital.
• Understand and comply with new and existing processes and policies.
• Work with colleagues towards a common goal; thank and encourage staff as appropriate, foster a
• One Team mentality.

Skills / Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of post production workflows and delivery requirements for broadcasters and studios.
• A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications inc Word, Excel and Teams
• Experience using the scheduling software Scheduall an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to work to very tight deadlines. Ability to work well under
• pressure.
