Our client is a Cyprus-registered company that operates under an international money transfer brand and holds an EMI License issued by the Central Bank of Cyprus. Due to the rapid growth of their operations, we are currently looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their team in Nicosia

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of internal management reporting
• Preparation of IFRS reporting
• Development of a unified methodology, standardization of processes
• Budgeting, planning, controlling
• Liquidity management
• Assistance in automation of accounting processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified or partly qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA qualifications)
• Advanced analytical skills, good knowledge of excel
• Three years of experience in a similar position and/or in BIG4
• Fluent English (oral and written) - for communication with colleagues and reporting.

Additional Skills & Experience

• MBA, CIMA, CFA will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in a FI/PS/EMI will be considered an advantage;
• Experience with Navision will be considered and advantage;
