Lead Generation Specialist

The Hire Solution has partnered with a community-based youth sports program provider for the position of lead generation specialist. This position offers a consistent 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work more hours if available on Saturdays. Primary duties will include:

• Visiting businesses in person to promote the sports programs offered specifically in the areas of Waxahachie, Duncanville and Desoto communities
• Promote sports programs to schools, churches, after school care facilities in communities defined above
• Encourage businesses to sign up for sports programs while on site
• Develop and create contact lists from on site visits to prospect at a later date if needed
• Set up fun marketing activities for members and prospective members such as pizza parties, I love my teacher campaigns, and other fun activities
• Drop off flyers and other marketing materials to prospect businesses in the defined communities
• Create email follow up and phone follow up for businesses interested in participating in programs

Requirements

• Ability to work and commute between Waxahachie, Duncanville and Desoto on an every week basis
• Ability to work in person, going from business to business to develop and grow the awareness and participation in the sports programs offered
• Reliable transportation
• Enjoy working with people, enjoy lead generation and related sales activities
• Ability to communicate accurately and convincingly to prospective members
