The Hire Solution has partnered with a prominent Dallas area Consumer Goods distributor, for the role of Bilingual Purchasing Administrator. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and will be responsible for all administrative functions surrounding purchasing, materials sourcing and supplier / vendor interactions. You will help us create a strong relationship with our customers, data manage and input all online orders into our internal systems which include Shopify, EDI systems and NetSuite ERP. You will collaborate with the company owner and internal departments to ensure that all orders are current and that the highest level of service is being provided. You must be exceptionally well organized and patient, as things will vary on a day to day basis in this fast-paced environment.
· Manage phone and online supplier information using Shopify, NetSuite ERP and QuickBooks.
· Work closely with company owner for production imperatives, new merchandise offerings, and sales planning
· Provide exceptional customer service to the company's #1 client, assisting both over email and by phone for all help needed
· Ensure all databases and internal platforms are current and accurate
· Work extensively using MS Excel keeping track of large amounts of inventory, sku numbers, shipments and other purchasing related activities
· Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
· Bilingual Spanish
· 1-3 years of purchasing, administrative assistance, order fulfillment, or customer service experience
· BA degree preferred, or Associates degree plus work experience
· Excellent organizational skills and very detail oriented
· Able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
