The Hire Solution has partnered with a prominent Dallas area Consumer Goods distributor, for the role of Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and editing marketing copy and content, and managing direct to consumer marketing campaigns. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships, specifically for our online offerings.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, dealing with copy and content of the programs
• Track, analyze and report the success of marketing campaigns, site drop off and traffic patterns
• Create online and offline marketing content
• Manage platform activities in MailChimp, Shopify, Adobe and other creative / marketing platforms that help drive sales

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 1-3 years of marketing experience in marketing role
• Adobe Ad illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience in Adobe Suite, MailChimp, Shopify or similar programs
