Job Overview: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for all employee-related matters, including employee on-boarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in managing human resources functions in a healthcare or related field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Manage HR projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
