The Hire Solution has partnered with a local CPA firm in the Euless / Bedford area for the immediate 3 to 6 month temporary need for an experienced Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant. The desired start date is within the next 1 week, so please apply right away. The ideal candidate will possess:

• CPA Firm experience in a Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant level

• Strong QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online software experience. 

• Client setup / cleanup experience, dealing with accounting all types of accounting records

• Bank reconciliation experience

• Understanding of good accounting practices across a broad spectrum of industries such as service, real estate, IT, and others

• Knowledge of applicable shortcuts within QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop

• Working knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting, finance or related field highly desired

• Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online

• Ability to work from CPA Firm office and remotely

• Prior CPA firm experience at a Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant level
