We have partnered with a growth-positioned Real Estate Investment Firm in San Francisco who is looking for a dynamic Fund Accounting Manager to join them. Hybrid schedule 3 days/ week in downtown San Francisco, close to public transportation. This is a brand new role as the team is growing quickly.

About the Role:

The Fund Accounting Manager will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across the organization with multiple departments, and will supervise a committed and dependable team of fund accountants.

• Support the Controller on the monthly, quarterly and annual close, including the preparation of financial reports.
• Investment account roll up and reconciliations for consolidation and investor reporting.
• Prepare financial packages for Audit and Tax external partners, functioning as the main liaison between the firm and 3rd party.
• Review of Portfolio analysis & Performance Monitoring
• Ensure accurate fund records through reconciliation’s and reporting
• Work closely with Development and Property Accounting, Investment Teams, Portfolio Managers, Executives and more on special projects.

What You'll Bring:

• BA / BS degree in Business Administration or Accounting required.
• A minimum of four - five years of related Accounting experience required.
• A perspective and passion for real estate and growth in your career.
• Previous accounting experience in Real Estate (Commercial or Residential), Private Equity, Venture Capital or financial services.
• Strong Background in Partnership and/or Fund Accounting.
• Nice to have: Juniper Square experience.
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.

Compensation: $135K-160K
