We are working with a highly successful and growing property management firm who specializes in multi-family properties in the Bay Area. They are looking for a Leasing Manager who will oversee all aspects of day-to-day multi-family tenant leasing, including business development, tenant relations, go-to market strategy, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


About the role and your impact:


  • Tenant Acquisition and Retention: The Leasing Manager is responsible for attracting new tenants through marketing strategies, property tours, and effective communication. They also work on retaining existing tenants by ensuring high satisfaction levels, handling lease renewals, and addressing tenant concerns or issues promptly.
  • Lease Administration: This includes preparing and managing lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and maintaining records of tenant information. The Leasing Manager ensures compliance with leasing policies and legal regulations, and they may also handle rent collection and late fee enforcement.
  • Property Presentation and Maintenance Coordination: The Leasing Manager oversees the presentation of the property to potential tenants, ensuring that apartments and common areas are clean and well-maintained. They coordinate with maintenance staff or external contractors to address any repairs or improvements needed to enhance the property's appeal and functionality.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: They analyze market trends and competition to adjust pricing strategies and promotional efforts, ensuring the property remains competitive and desirable. The Leasing Manager collaborates with property management to develop and implement leasing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.



What you'll bring:

  • You are a proactive, problem solver, with the ability to recommend solutions and follow through to ensure resolutions
  • 2+ years of experience in Leasing OR as a Broker who would like to pivot in their career
  • You have superb customer service, externally and internally
  • You hold high integrity and professionalism at all times


Compensation:


  • Salary plus upside potential in commissions

MUST have real estate license that is active.
