This role is currently hybrid and is located near Oakland, CA.

About the Role and Your Impact:

This position will support the oversight of the company’s various projects through the following:  

  • Review job cost invoices for accuracy and completeness 
  • Assist in the Accounts Payable process 
  • Assist with the compliance 
  • Coordinate refunds 
  • Maintain filing system - electronic and manual 
  • Oversee invoice matching 
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
