We are working with a highly successful and growing organization on the Peninsula. They are looking for a Senior Accountant who will oversee all aspects of accounting working directly with the Corporate Vice President. This role will bring in tons of exposure and no prior industry experience necessary...just a willingness to learn a lot and have an interest in Real Estate Investments.

About the role and your impact:

• Manage all accounting operations including but not limited to:
• Process payroll and oversee onboarding new employees
• Monthly Financial Reporting
• Income Statement: Budget to Actual
• Property Cash Flow
• Gross Potential Rent
• Monthly Credit Card Allocations
• Weekly status report to ownership
• Work alongside outside tax CPA firm
• Manage relationship with bank/lender
• Make budget edits
• Manage cash flow for capital expenditures
• Manage cash flow between entities
• Debt financing analysis
• Attend industry events
• Bank reconciliations
• Process accounts payable
• Month-end and year-end closing procedures

What you'll bring:

• You enjoy working independently and also having a voice at the table
• You have a strong accounting foundation and have an interest in Real Estate
• You are a proactive, problem solver, with the ability to recommend solutions and follow through to ensure resolutions
• 2+ of experience in Accounting OR Audit/Assurance with a public accounting firm
• You have superb customer service, externally and internally
• You hold high integrity and professionalism at all times
