Our client, a prominent and well respected property management firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join their team. This role is on-site on the Peninsula.

About the role and your impact:

• General accounting operations
• Journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Monthly reporting packages
• Cash Management and AP Approvals
• Work closely with internal and external partners (auditors)

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 3+ years experience in Accounting, preferably real estate-focused
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar real estate software
