Product Analyzer


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Analyzer. The Product Analyzer will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the performance, market trends, and consumer feedback of our products. This role involves analyzing data, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to enhance our product offerings and improve overall business strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to our product portfolio.
  • Analyze product performance data, sales figures, and customer feedback to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' products, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Provide recommendations based on competitor analysis to improve our products and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer sentiment to improve product features, quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to integrate findings into product strategies and business plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product improvements and new features based on data-driven insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product analysis activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the product analysis framework.


Qualifications:


  • Associates of Applied Science in Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar technical degree, or Military Maintenance Training Certification.
  • 2+ years of equivalent experience in Electronics.
