Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, managing a team of talented professionals, and ensuring the security and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology strategy, vision, and roadmap to align with the company's objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative technology solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers, developers, and IT professionals.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of the company's technology infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
• Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of technology governance, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
• Experience in managing and scaling technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development tools/frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
