Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Low-Level Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Taking and distributing messages.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email, packages, etc.).
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Provide support to visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Help maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle basic inquiries and refer more complex issues to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).



Preferred:

  • Associate's degree or coursework in Office Administration or related field.
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools)
