Your role as a Customer Success Manager
Our Customer Success team at Loxo is the face of our company and is responsible for partnering with our valued customers to help them successfully implement our product, increase user adoption, and maintain retention. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environment. We're also looking for someone who is empathic and relationship-driven. This position is a unique opportunity to be a critical team member at a high-growth tech start-up. We operate with a team-first ethos and a maniacal focus on customer satisfaction and success. We are entering the most exciting stage of a startup where we transition from building the product to the business building as we become the fastest-growing company in our industry sector.
