ISC’s team of Executive Recruiters have been retained by a prominent and growing Oncology Informatics organization. The company specializes in providing innovative software solutions for cancer patients and their providers, turning data into insights.

 

Our client is seeking sharp and experienced Healthcare Informatics Sales Executives to develop prospective clients for the cancer informatics space. This Executive-level role requires an innovative sales professional with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from conception to close. This entails engaging with C-Suite level executives (CIO, CEO, CFO, etc.) as well as clinical leaders within large healthcare and cancer centers (Oncology/Pathology department heads, CMO, CMIO) presenting both tools and services.

 

This role requires a highly strategic and driven individual, who has a documented track record of new business development. Please note that this role is that of a hunter, focusing on generating new working relationships providing both tools & services, targeting one of the following three regions: Midwestern, Mountain West or Southeastern United States.

 

This Sales Executive Healthcare Informatics opportunity will be based remotely from your location and requires periodic travel.

 

While specific experience within the Oncology Informatics space is not required, the ideal candidate will have a background in Managed Sales/Services within either Oncology, Healthcare, Informatics or Software Solutions.

 

Key Qualifications for Sales Executive Healthcare Informatics:

  • Bachelor or master’s level university degree
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience working with C-Suite level decision-makers
  • Full sales cycle experience from conception to close, working in related spaces such as Healthcare/Cancer/Software
  • Strong communication and listening skills a must, matching customized solutions to client pain-points
  • A keen grasp of business partnership/consultative selling/managed services within an emerging industry
  • Highly motivated and competitive individual who can successfully sell disruptive/first-generation products and solutions
  • Experience within a complex sales cycle with multiple decision-makers

 

Sales Executive Healthcare Informatics Responsibilities- here are the basics:

  • Creating aggressive revenue streams by planning/owning the delivery of executive-level sales strategies
  • Pinpoint and cultivate Executive and Technical level relationships with COIs and leaders within the oncology space to promote the organization’s tools and services
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to expand the company’s footprint/client relationships through regular engagement by utilizing creative communication strategies
  • Taking part in curating and executing engagement strategies, resulting in the effective sale of a broad spectrum of solutions and strategic partnerships
