What You'll Do:

• Accounts Management: Take charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely transactions.
• Vendor Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with vendors, resolving discrepancies efficiently and maintaining meticulous documentation.
• Financial Oversight: Exercise keen oversight over the General Ledger, ensuring accurate coding, adherence to GAAP standards, and robust internal controls.
• System Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in QuickBooks and/or NetSuite to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Month-End Responsibilities: Assist with the month-end closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconciliation Mastery: Perform daily reconciliations, verifying entities and maintaining ledger integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate the gathering and processing of annual 1099s and vendor W-9s, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AP/AR processes, General Ledger oversight, and GAAP principles.
• Strong understanding of internal controls.
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite preferred.
