ISC’s team of Financial Services Recruiters is partnering with a leading and highly ranked Multi-Family Office & Trust Company on a Client Advisory Associate opportunity. They are looking to add key players to their Orange County office as they continue to grow and expand.


The Client Advisory Associate will be instrumental in partnering with UHNW Clients and will work closely with the Senior Advisors and Investment teams. Responsibilities will include providing portfolio analysis, investment research, client presentations, analytical support and helping to ensure consistency across all client relationships and offices.


Client Advisory Associate Requirements - To qualify, you should have the following:


  • 2 years of related experience UHNW Client Support and investment experience – preferably trust and estates.
  •  BA/BS Degree, MBA preferred.
  •  CFP or CTFA a plus.
  •  Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, as well as superior analytical skills.
  • Understanding fee and percentage-based calculations is desirable.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with ability to quickly learn new systems.
  •  Direct client contact experience preferred.

 Client Advisory Analyst Associate - The duties for the role are as follows:


  • Partner with Senior Advisors to carry out the day-to-day delivery of wealth advisory services for Ultra High Net Worth Clients.
  • Responsible for data accuracy and documentation adequacy through continuous monitoring and updating of the Firm’s internal database and relevant applications.
  • Complete projects involving analyzing client holdings and investments including forecasting.
  • Create customized performance reports and review transactions for accuracy.
  • Evaluate investment portfolio allocations and coordinate tax-related payments.
  • Maintain continuing education on investment trends and financial markets.
