ISC’s team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a thriving Healthcare Solutions company to identify an experienced and successful Account Executive in the Chicago area to work remotely. 


The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales, account management, and customer satisfaction. They will build relationships to grow new and repeat business, achieve profitable sales growth goals, be proactive with portfolio management, and represent client needs. 


Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Sales experience – medical field preferred (device and/or service)
  • Strong background of sales training
  • Proven successful background and documented track record of hitting quotas
  • Planning, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, and customer service experience
  • Work independently, analytical, organized, strong business intelligence, and exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to travel in the assigned territory (average 4 overnights per month)
  • MS Office (Power BI) and CRM experience
  • Positive, adaptable, composed, tenacious, and innovative

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Work closely with leadership to create and implement sales strategies
  • Determine market potential in assigned territory – ensure results are achieved by assessing pipeline, forecast, and quota
  • Pre-call planning process, call execution, presentations, and follow-up
  • Utilize sales tools to manage sales against forecast
  • Uncover additional revenue and opportunities in current accounts
  • Facilitate customer contract renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Create, prepare, and deliver customer business reviews
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts to manage projects
  • Understand the clinical, financial, and regulatory challenges of customers
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
