ISC’s team of Operations and Sales Recruiters is partnering with a global company to identify an experienced Store Manager/Branch Manager.   

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the operations of the branch, in addition to managing personnel (7-10), monitoring orders, maintaining retail area to standards, and managing inventory for a highly technical company. This is the flagship location with a large warehouse onsite and $10M in revenue. Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset is a must!

Branch Manager – Do you have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience – chemical, hobby, hardware, or building supply preferred
• Experience managing small teams a plus – exceptional leadership qualities (accountability yet compassionate)
• Strong operations, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, analytical, entrepreneurial, tech savvy, and business minded
• Willing to learn all positions within the branch
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must!

Branch Manager – Here’s the basics:

• Operations Management, Personnel Management, Property Management, Customer Service, and Training and Development
• Oversee the day-to-day operations while becoming a product expert in order to answer all product and application technical questions
• Monitor retail sales and Outside Sales Representatives activity
• Manage inventory and monitor purchase orders from Technical Support Personnel
• Provide strong leadership and ensure all personnel are in compliance, while managing schedules, attendance, and training
• Manage all leases, compliance, and OSHA standards
