Philadelphia - Lancaster – Harrisburg (Hybrid)

 

ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters is partnering with a national leading and highly ranked property management company that has received awards for their contribution to the community and is known for managing commercial buildings, residential apartment communities, luxury hotels, and conference centers.

This client is seeking to add an experienced Sales Manager near the Philadelphia, Lancaster, or Harrisburg area as a major contributor to the sales team. The Sales Manager will have expertise in new business development, building relationships across the corporation, and continuously exceeding sales goals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a noticeable impact with a company who places value on their team’s career growth.


 Responsibilities:

·            Engage in targeted market trade shows and networking events.

·            Proactively identify and qualify new business prospects.

·            Collaborate with internal departments on prepared planning documents, such as Banquet Event Orders and group resumes.

·            Partner with the accounting team on the required billing and payment process.

·            Flexibility to work remotely and travel to meet with potential clients and provide on-site support as directed by Leadership.

·            Organize and lead site inspections and off-site presentations for prospective clients.


Requirements:

·            Minimum 1 year of proven hospitality or F&B sales experience.

·            High School diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.

·            Proficient understanding of hotel and resort banquet and room sales processes.

·            Practical experience with Delphi, Salesforce, Word, and Excel.

·            Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, as well as superior analytical skills.

·            Capable of thriving in demanding, high-pressure environments while prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining composure.

·            Professionalism, strong leadership, and managerial and organizational skills.
