The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about sales with the ability to build strong relationships. Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment!

Business Development Rep – Do you have the following:
- 2+ years of new business development experience
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Possess a hunter mentality
- B2B and/or B2C sales experience
- Technical knowledge is a bonus
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Outgoing, adaptable, tenacious, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

- $65-75k base salary; $130-150k OTE
Business Development Rep – Here’s the basics:
- Source new leads through prospecting
- Formulate strategic growth plans
- Execute cold outreach initiatives including outbound calls and in-person visits
- Predict sales activities within the territory
- Cultivate customer trust and loyalty, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
In the office on Mondays; 75% in the field, no overnight travel
