ISC’s team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a rapidly growing OEM distributor and service provider for a Business Development Rep. 


The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about sales with the ability to build strong relationships. Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment!

Business Development Rep – Do you have the following:

  • 2+ years of new business development experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Possess a hunter mentality
  • B2B and/or B2C sales experience
  • Technical knowledge is a bonus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Outgoing, adaptable, tenacious, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

  • $65-75k base salary; $130-150k OTE


Business Development Rep – Here’s the basics:

  • Source new leads through prospecting
  • Formulate strategic growth plans
  • Execute cold outreach initiatives including outbound calls and in-person visits
  • Predict sales activities within the territory
  • Cultivate customer trust and loyalty, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships

In the office on Mondays; 75% in the field, no overnight travel
