Responsibilities:
· Develop tailored content for the sales team.
· Utilize market research and input to ensure enablement content is updated and organized.
· Collaborate with the marketing /product teams to ensure precise alignment of messaging with sales resources.
· Identify inefficiencies in sales processes/ performance, proposing remedies for enhancement.
· Oversee the development of partner training and territory sales strategies.
· Keep abreast of sales enablement advancements (resources, trends, technologies) to optimize team capabilities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
· 5+ years of expertise in managing sales programs.
· Solid understanding of the sales process specific to technical/engineered solutions.
· Salesforce proficiency.
