As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the General Manager in running and operating the business
• Training and developing all staff
• Managing weekly, quarterly and yearly P&L budgets provided by the GM
• Performing other job-related duties as requested

As a Restaurant Manager you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years as a Fast Casual Restaurant Manager experience
• Basic knowledge of computer software including outlook, microsoft and excel
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

As a Restaurant Manager you should expect:

• Salary $55,000 - $60,000/year
